  • To date our Accounting functions have been fully outsourced and we are bringing these functions internal creating the opportunity to build the function and department.
  • Controller will have reporting structure of internal Accounting, HR and IT
  • Manages HR functions including Employee Savings and Benefit plans, Commercial Liability, Workers Compensation
  • Manages all operating funds, closes the books on a monthly basis, reconciles accounts and analyzes and presents monthly financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials, and oversee all financial and accounting needs
  • Partnering with CPA firm on preparation of all tax returns
  • Work closely with the Co-Founders and Principals to resolve issues in inter-company transactions, Tax, capital expenditures, cash management, and cash forecasting
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, problem solving and results
  • Provide quality services to staff vendors by maintaining and improving communication and ongoing professional relationships
  • Manage, motivate and inspire the Operations Team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • CPA helpful
  • 10+ years of Accounting and Finance plus 5+ years in Managerial function
  • Self-directed with ability to lead and communicate across multiple functions and levels of the organization; must be comfortable in the weeds
