WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • This position is responsible for providing centralized contract administrative support to the Company Business Units (BU).
  • Acts as point of contact within the Procurement Operations group to manage workspace creation in Ariba, DOA approval, final contract execution and ongoing administrative support for the agreement going forward.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists with creation of contract executive summaries
  • Creates contract workspaces within Ariba Contracts
  • Provides ongoing contract management support, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements with both internal personnel and external stakeholders
  • Works closely with Procurement personnel, Legal, Finance and BUs to support contract lifecycle
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
  • Exhibits deep culture of customer service excellence within the team
  • Performs other duties as requested by supervisor

  • More than one year of Legal and/or contract background

  • Familiarity with the strategic sourcing process
  • Experience with Legal, Finance, and other inter-related departments
