Sourcer/Jr. Recruiter - Contract

• Partner with recruiters by providing support throughout the full life-cycle recruiting process
• Manage job posting process which includes creating requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), obtaining required approvals, and posting positions with various recruitment sources
• Set up and coordinate interview schedules with hiring team and candidates
• Direct calls and respond to general inquiries from candidates, employees, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Provide ad hoc reporting and project assistance as requested by manager

• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent training, education and experience
• Minimum of one year recruiting coordinator, human resources, or administrative support experience, internships considered
• General Human Resources and/or Recruitment Coordination background
• Proficient with MS Office suite skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong professional presence and communication skills
• Proficient in calendar management/scheduling
• Demonstrated technology abilities
