WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Prepares and produces various pay plan calculations, not limited to commission or incentive plans.
  • Develops or modifies pay plans while working with other internal teams
  • Determines eligibility for employee participation in compensation programs.
  • Partners with the payroll, human resources and finance teams to ensure compliant and accurate reporting.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 1-3 years of experience
  • Oracle Fusion HRIS experience a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
