WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Evaluate and load new accounts into the company’s computer system
  • Accurately enter customer data into the centralized maintenance system
  • Maintain customer information changes
  • Update CRM system with new and existing account information
  • Update licensing for all accounts
  • Scan and categorize documentation into a scanning system
  • Release orders from license hold
  • Set up new accounts/new items
  • Review paperwork for completeness
  • Check for existing accounts and sharing with sister companies
  • Set up contract pricing or discount pricing groups
  • Create, update, expire price books for new and/or existing customers
  • Update account maintenance manual for all price book/pricing changes
  • Add features to new and existing accounts
  • Save documents into the DMS system
  • Review data for errors before migration into the system
  • Update Expired Licenses
  • Provide customer audit information

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • 2-3 years of data maintenance experience or experience in a related field
  • Strong ability to type fast and enter data accurately
  • Ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers in order to obtain and/or provide basic types of factual information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook) in order to create standardized spreadsheets, reports or graphics
  • Familiarity with Windows-based word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to accurately interpret contract data
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practice
  • Perform independently and meet expected production needs

Ability to be trained to use a ASW & BAAN (Ming.Le) system
