WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Identification/documentation of business process requirements.
  • Consult with internal business users and sometimes external customers to convey the organization’s needs for improvements and upgrades to software applications within user story/functional requirements documentation.
  • Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects.
  • Assist business users with defining reporting requirements and provide data analytics.
  • At times collaborate with other analysts with varying business knowledge to identify better solutions.
  • Work with QA team to develop comprehensive E2E test cases.
  • Provide support for QA and UAT processes.
  • Use mobile application best practices to provide better solutions that not only meet business stake holder needs, but also meet user acceptance for field employees with limited technical experience.
  • Attend daily agile meetings to provide status updates and keep projects on track.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 4+ years of overall experience working with IT business applications and systems in a support role with experience documenting software user needs, maintaining business application configurations, and the use of application reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or business-related field.
  • Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
  • Average SQL skills for data analytics.
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar project management tool(s).
  • Knowledgeable of the SDLC.
  • Knowledgeable of various Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with QA testing mobile applications.
  • The ability to create and provide detailed reports and present to stakeholders.
