WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Charlotte, NC

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Partner with the production support, development and management to build, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy of data produced from service now and present to senior management
  • Work with several teams to streamline processes and hold accountability for all
  • Build basic knowledge of internal applications to enable development of comprehensive analytical reporting for the platform 
  • Consolidate, manipulate and present large volumes of data for executive presentation
  • Confer with departments to analyze current operational procedures and trends to identify problems
  • Suggest and implement controls to improve efficiency and accuracy of existing processes
  • Track key action items and deliverables associated with governance, metrics, and business management agenda
  • Conduct business analysis and recommend technical alternative solutions to management as to course of action that best meets the organization's goals
  • Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing business systems
  • Proactively monitor, research and troubleshoot with data partners if needed
  • Support report generation and materials for meetings

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • 5+  years of business analysis experience
  • 3 years’ experience extrapolating data from ITSM tool such as Service Now
  • Fundamental understanding of ITIL, Incident, Problem and Change Management functions
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Business Objects, Tableau, and /or SQL
  • Experience with forecasting, metrics, reporting, and productivity tracking
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with process and workflow modeling and business process engineering
  • Able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise, and actionable
  • Able to identify trends; and, draw and communicate conclusions from data
