THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

  • Manage the North American Treasury Operations of the Company along with significant responsibility for Global Treasury processes
  • Coordinate global Treasury processes with the Treasury Regional Managers including policies and controls and direct and lead implementation of treasury projects
  • Monitor global cash position and borrowing/investment decision within guidelines.
  • Work with Corporate Tax to identify and implement dividend and cash repatriation opportunities to optimize subsidiary cash balances
  • Project Leadership for global implementation of treasury management system
  • Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies
  • Oversight and support for In-house Bank, Multi-Currency Notional Pool and Netting
  • Manage inter-company loan portfolio in the treasury management system and coordinate month-end reporting and general ledger accounting with global finance managers

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED

  • 8+ years treasury management experience with global focus
  • BA degree in related field
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining treasury management system.
  • Broad expertise and knowledge of business, treasury and accounting standards, procedures and policies.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, standards and policies that govern treasury and banking and knows how they apply to their particular area.
  • Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends next steps to management.
  • Proven analytical, process management and communication skills, including report writing and presentation.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and Hyperion suite of tools is highly desired.
