WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Provide administrative support
  • Clerical work will include the updating of excel databases, processing new patient paperwork and onboarding, coordination of order templates that will be sent for fulfillment, schedule meetings and prepare information reports 
  • Significant contact with customers, suppliers, patients, and leadership team
  • Provide clerical support as requested

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Two year Degree preferred or equivalent experience (2-5 years)
  • Excel - Moderate level of understanding 
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have good multi-tasking skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
