WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Wilmington, NC

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Support division engineering personnel
  • Make travel arrangements, domestic and international
  • Schedule meetings
  • Navigate SharePoint sites, create when necessary
  • Data collection, entry, graphing
  • Project support to include communications, logistics, data support
  • Support for new employee recruiting and onboarding
  • Office supply ordering and stocking
  • Purchase orders and purchase order management
  • Event planning and logistics

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • High School diploma required
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant job duties
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to create client/business-ready communications
  • High level of interpersonal skills - build rapport, be approachable, resourceful, responsive
  • Must function efficiently in a fast-paced work environment (take initiative, be able to rapidly transition between tasks, handle multiple priorities, work independently)
