WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • This role would help the Team Leads in the short term by documenting and producing specific practices and training methods, and this would
  • Support customers and commercial in the long term by giving them a point of contact and someone who is knowledgeable on the Disputes and AR regarding specific customers.
  • Manage AR and Disputes for a portfolio of company customers
  • Work with teams to update AR model processes above as we integrate into Oracle – new ERP system for our Order to Cash processes
  • Weekly phone calls with specific customers to get status report update on their payments and disputes/what we can do better on our end

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • College degree
  • Minimum 2 years of transportation or customer service related experience preferred.
  • Effective communication, time management and goal setting skills.
  • Ability to analyze a problem and work with it until a solution is achieved.
  • Commitment to superior customer service.
  • Audit and research abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of Basic MS Office applications and systems.
